“Alex was an amazing tour guide! He was really passionate about educating us about Valparaiso- and he was really funny too! He knew so much history about Valparaiso and even had older historic photos to compare with modern day views. He knew a lot about the art murals and showed us all of the highlights. He gave us good lunch recommendations. I highly recommend this tour.”

“I selected this trip because I was traveling with family that speaks multiple languages. Rafael moved between Portuguese, Spanish, and English with ease and even took care to translate jokes so nobody was left out. His tour didn’t just include information about the places but also the people and culture. He translated a song that a man was singing at one vista and introduced us to the significance of cuecas dances and his playlist in the van was outstanding! He helped us to understand the art and music we were experiencing and provided much needed fun and relaxation. I will absolutely look for more opportunities to have Rafael as my…”

“I had a good experience with my shared airport transportation. I made this reservation one day in advance. Our driver arrived at my Antigua hotel within the specified time window. I was picked up last in a van with five other passengers. It had the perfect amount of space and was not overcrowded. We made one stop very close to the airport for two passengers, and the rest of us took the one-minute ride to GUA. Leaving Antigua at around 9:15 a.m., we made it to GUA airport in less than an hour. Thanks!”

“A great tour and good value for money. Jamie and Eduardo were brilliant. The mini bus drop off and pick up while we walked around various points of interest was slick and very efficient - no waiting. Only down side was what appears to be the obligatory stop at the jewellery shop but no real pressure from the owners to purchase so a minor inconvenience. Would certainly recommend to any first time visitors to Santiago.”

“We signed up for an English-guided tour. The tour company couldn't provide us a pick-up time until around 8:30 pm the night before. Our guide, Stephanie, picked us up at the time as related the night before via WhatsApp. We were not informed the tour would be conducted in English and Spanish until the last couple was picked up, a total of 8 on the tour. There were stops/things omitted from the itinerary, i.e. the Jokey Club, changing of the guard, etc. We spent half of the tour waiting for the tour guide to answer the Spanish-speaking couple's questions and I'm sure they were just as bored standing around waiting…”
