“Great excursion, but should not be called a full day tour. This tour started early but was worth seeing the Geysers. They are a very unique experience and very cool to watch. “I provided the pick up address 2months in advance, and reconfirmed this and the pick up time 48 hours before the tour. But despite getting up at 03:15 the bus did not turn up. The Chile enquiry number would not answer when we tried 15 mins after the agrred time, until eventually 30 mins later someone answered who was working from home and based in Santiago. They said they could not find the booking snd slso was unable to contact a different local company tgat was actually providing the tour. We shall see what happens now. So far quite unimpressed by losing a day of holiday.”

“The hot springs themselves are amazing. The driver was also very friendly. However we had to coordinate with 3 different WhatsApp chats and fill out forms that asked for unnecessary detail (including our weight) just to go on the tour. They initially added us to the wrong group (we booked AM and they added us to PM). They also advised at the pickup time that they couldn't find our hotel on the map even though we confirmed the name of the hotel about 3 times in the various forms etc. prior to the tour.”
