“The tour is an excellent option to see the city. One complete circuit takes about two hours, and another one hour if you take the cable car and funicular which offers very. The frequency of the buses is around 25-30 mins. The operators are well organised and the commentary was apt and understandable. Get Your Guide instructions are outdated as there is no need to exchange the voucher for a physical ticket at the only one pickup point listed. In my case, the operator sent an eticket by email and whatsapp, and the bus staff scanned the barcode anywhere I started. You can even buy the ticket on the bus…”

“We had three different guides every day. First two days are full day tours which the guides are very responsible and provided lots of information. However, on the 3rd of the sunrise tour, the female guide seems only responsible for transporting us to the place only. The time didn’t allow us to stay long enough to wait and see the completed sunrise as the guide needed to rush back to the full day tour starting around 9am. It was quite disappointing we were being picked up around 6am that actually the sunrise started at 8am….”

“Il faut dissocier les deux activités. Autant la journée Balmaceda et Serrano mérite cinq étoiles et a été formidable. Autant la journée Torres del Paine a été désagréable. Malgré la gentillesse de la conductrice et de l’accompagnateur les conditions étaient compliquées. Le minibus était vieux et fatigué, sur des pistes défoncées. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Je pense que le concept de cette activité est à revoir, beaucoup trop de kilomètres sur des pistes.”
